There’s nothing quite like dawn breaking over Lake Superior from the East shores of Keweenaw Bay, even as the mornings grow colder as summer wanes to fall. Emily and I caught the first rays of daylight by the Sand Point Lighthouse in Baraga while she was in town from college.
