Troy & Jill: Trout Creek Engagement at Dawn
I met Troy and Jill at the break of dawn in Trout Creek after photographing a Conway Lake wedding the night before. The September temperature was only around 30 degrees when I passed through Koski Corners from Marquette around 5 am, but the sun delivered a bit more warmth by the time we began shooting. We gallivanted about Agate Falls and brought their session to Jill's family's camp not too much further down the road. We had the pleasure of a ruffed grouse joining the shoot in the end after hearing the truck's engine as we drove back down the road. Delightfully named George, our bird friend made for an epic ring shot.
