A Summary of Spring | Slowing Down

As a season of life fades out, a new season comes to fruition. This spring became a season of slowing down. For real, this time. I’m done glorifying being busy. I joke and call this my quarter-life crisis as I turned 25 in May, but

Spring was made up of:

  • Resigning from my teaching job to prioritize family

  • Getting excited over loads of gravel and topsoil for landscaping projects

  • TuesdaysTogether Marquette meetings

  • Foraging for ramps (wild leeks), morels, wild asparagus, and picking rhubarb

  • Dustin falling off of our roof and fracturing his pelvis (he’s totally fine! God bless!)

  • Ayden graduating from kindergarten

  • REBRANDING! More details to come, but Gemma Darr and I have something awesome brewing

  • Using the word “no” and spending more time with family

Below are a handful of iPhone photos and a few from my Canon as well. I think its important to share my “less perfect” photos - I’m a human with phone pics too. :)
