Moody Spring Maternity Session

Emily, a dear photo friend, and Mike are expecting her first baby boy any day now. Emily, Mike and I met up at the beginning of May in hopes of capturing some fresh, vibrant greens as winter was fading from the UP. But, lo and behold, it would snow in Marquette on May 2nd! Mike and Emily powered through the session though, and the results were the loveliest clash of moody weather, boho vibes, with a pop of spring life here and there. This is now the third time I’ve worked with these two, and I’m honored to have captured all three chapters of their engagement, wedding, and now the sweet, little in-between chapter of becoming parents!
